This is a demonstration store built as a work sample. No real transactions occur and no payment is collected. The terms below illustrate how a live evaporize merch store would operate.
1. Agreement
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products
We take care to display product colours, materials and fit accurately, but actual appearance may vary slightly due to your screen and manufacturing variation. All items are subject to availability.
4. Pricing & orders
Prices are shown in the displayed currency and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud. An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation.
5. Payment
In this demo, no payment is processed. In a live store, payment would be handled securely by a licensed payment provider, and your order would be fulfilled once payment is authorised.
6. Shipping & delivery
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are your responsibility.
7. Returns & exchanges
Unworn items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, excluding shipping costs, unless the item is faulty. Final-sale items are non-returnable.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — the evaporize merch name, logo, designs, imagery and copy — is our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the store. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
